Project Type – Mining Infrastructure

As the shafts at Potash mines began to be sank, EDD worked on both production and service shafts. Providing robotic demolition to a depth of 90m below surface level. Works involved the hard break-out of bedrock using Brokk 500’s to enable vertical TBM mobilisation. In order to maintain high levels of production EDD worked a 24/7 shift pattern for 6 months.
