Background

CVB required a section of D-wall and capping beam to be removed monolithically due to access constraints within the work area.  Firstly, vertical separation cuts were formed, each cut containing a high density of reinforcement bar, each cut totaled 8sq.m.  CVB then supported each section with a crawler crane whilst we carried out undercuts, each 3sq.m.  All works were carried out using high frequency wire saws.
